• ADD/ADHD In Adults
• Insomnia And Sleep Disturbances
• Grief And Bereavement
• Anxiety Disorders
• Alcohol Use Disorders
• Opiate Abuse Disorders
• Post-traumatic Stress Disorder
• Additional diagnosis may include premenstrual dysphoric disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and bipolar disorder as well as those with co-occurring substance use disorders.
Visit time for New Patient: 45 min
If you are currently prescribed controlled medications verification will be made through a Florida online reporting of controlled substances site monthly. Upon completion of your assessment prior to starting treatment a urine drug screen will be completed in office with requirements of random screenings while under FCCWS care for treatment in order to provide safe and effective treatment. If drug screen is denied by client no Rx will be provided. If drug screen is positive for illicit drugs or controlled medication without Rx nor identification via EFORCSE client will be be discharged and no further services will be provided.
